    Obu Interactive is in search of adding a Junior Digital Marketing Content Writer to our dynamic 100% remote team of professionals.
    Work for Purpose
    You wake up in the morning skimming Google Alerts for newsworthy client articles with your morning latte. A quick turn to post content about a significant event, such as RGB's passing or how a senator was recently a victim of medical malpractice, like thousands of Americans are each year. This is the start of a day in the life of our team at Obu Interactive LLC.
    Like all of our digital marketing team members, our Content Writers play a role in billion-dollar verdicts against Monsanto and Uber. The role functions of our organization are a critical point because it is the part of the funnel when a survivor or victim begins the process of seeking help for something they can not do themselves.
    Getting it Done Right: Position Overview
    We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Junior Content Writer to produce high-quality content for our digital marketing efforts with respected law firms across the country. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills and a keen understanding of digital marketing principles. This role will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content across various digital platforms to enhance our client's online presence, attract new clients, and drive engagement.
    What Does It Take to Get the Job?
    It Takes Ownership, Obu is looking for a skilled professional who will be accountable for:
    • Researching and developing compelling content tailored to our target audience, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital marketing materials.
    • Ensuring that all legal marketing content is accurate, well-researched, and aligned with legal guidelines and best practices.
    • Creating clickable meta descriptions, impactful headlines, succinct social media posts, insightful blogs, educational long-form SEO pages, and compelling campaign landing pages.
    • Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive traffic to our website.
    • Executing campaigns to meet a variety of objectives, including lead generation, and engagement.
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, legal developments, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness and relevance.
    • Proofreading and editing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.

    It Takes Skill, Obu Requires It: No Legal experience or knowledge is required to apply.
    • Proven experience as a content writer, within a digital marketing agency and/orlegal industry or a related field.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including AI technology and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

    All Preferences, Not Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content for a non-legal audience.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and/or WebFlow.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to delivering high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
