Requirements:
- Illinois license to practice as a RN
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; hospital and nursing home experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Verification of current auto insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Strong sense of initiative and urgency in addressing patient crises
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to perform duties
Essential Functions:
As a
Registered Nurse you will be responsible for electronic charting, visit multiple patients' homes each day and provide a full range of personalized, acute care, which may include instruction on chronic disease management, medication, and pain management, wound care, IV infusion, and post-operative instruction.
