Description

As a Finance Specialist in Creve Coeur, IL, you will ensure that financial products are sold, approved, and distributed correctly to our sales, service, and delivery teams, as well as to all Tesla customers.

In this role, you will be expected to collaborate with regional sales and delivery teams, as well as third-party financing companies, to ensure timely, efficient, and smooth processing of all customer deliveries in the DACH region.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing customer financing documents and ensuring the completeness of purchase contracts
Ensuring a smooth transition between sales, service, and delivery teams for each customer and the seamless approval of payments by lenders
Responding to all emails in the finance department inbox and ensuring timely and professional handling of inquiries
Reviewing and correcting customer data related to leasing, financing, and cash customers
Supporting and training sales and delivery teams, as well as assisting stores in escalation cases
Proactively communicating with third parties such as banks and leasing companies

Requirements:

Previous experience in a finance department
Fluent in German and English
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
Ability to thrive in a teamoriented environment and achieve common goals
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to take initiative and act proactively
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Willingness to learn about new and innovative automotive technologies to further develop in the role
