Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Use professional judgment to respond to callers, which may include suggestions or advice, a phone call to the physician, or a home or facility visit.
• Provide skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care to patients and their families in accordance with the patient's plan of care during the assigned call period.
• Handle crisis situations in a professional and appropriate manner.

Education:

• One year experience as a professional nurse in the past three years or a bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing

Experience:

• Home Care, 1 year (preferred)
• Acute Care, 1 year (preferred)
• Hospice, 1 year (preferred)

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current California Driver's License and automobile insurance that meets the State of California requirements, if driving a car.
