Overview:

The In-Market Lead Coordinator/Driver - Part Time will oversee activations at events throughout various cities for client programs. This is a sampling program, activating at stores and local events. Events will be scheduled at various times based on client need and approvals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all events as outlined in Run of Shows as provided by Account Manager.
Provide recaps of event results to Account Manager.
Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner.
Must be able to connect with consumers about products and service and engage a crowd.
Must be outgoing, organized, professional, committed, goodspirited, great at oneonone dialogue and punctual.
Must be able to create a buzz and read a crowd.
Must be flexible and able to adapt well to challenging situations.
Must be able to manage Brand Ambassadors at events.
Drive company provided vehicle to transport event site items.

Qualifications

Part time availability with flexibility for a varying schedule.
Emcee experience a plus.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
One (1) year promotional brand experience.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

Supervisory Education / Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

None.

Computer Skills/Tools & Technology:

Proficient use of a Personal Computer, printer and familiarity with Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Tools:
Daily access to the worldwide web with the ability to meet system requirements, printer and phone.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or balance.

The employee must be able to lift 50 from the floor to waist or chest high.

Significant time driving a company required vehicle may be required.
