ervises, directs and assists agency personnel in resolving matters in accordance with established Loss Prevention Procedures
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:Acc
ountable and Reports to: Loss Prevention Manager
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:- ervises and monitors access system, intrusion/fire alarms, emergency phones and CCTV system
- ages all incoming telephone communications from complex and store locations
- ponsible for communicating emergency information to DC and Store Management, Security Operations and Company Media Operations.
- ntains an activity log documenting all information relevant to tasks performed
- iews all shift paperwork for completeness and accuracy; also responsible for the proper filing of all shift paperwork
- ntains records, and creates access related to the complex card access system
- ducts maintenance audits of security equipment i.e., CCTV, alarm systems etc.
- ist with Security Investigations and provide detail information to DC Management regarding card access and CCTV video.
- ponsible for the control and issuance of armored and non-armored store safe keys
- ponsible for maintaining and updating all control desk manuals
- ects and assists agency personnel, including patrol, gate, and lobby officers in resolving matters with proper documentation in accordance with established Security Loss Prevention procedures.
- pletes incident reports to document Security Loss Prevention related issues. Forwards reports to Security management/Supervision for follow up.
- ponsible for emergency notification to Police and Fire departments, and dispatching security personnel for emergency response.
- itors Yard Management System (PINC) making needed adjustments
- ins Agency Officers on Yard Management System (PINC)
- itors and adjusts all inbound and outbound complex traffic, using Google Documents
- forms other related duties as assigned
