Looking for Experienced Apartment Turn Leads / Cleaners, and _

General Commercial Cleaners to join our growing Team_

SP Cleaning Services, in Somersworth NH has immediate openings for Apartment Turn Leads and Commercial Cleaners. We are a friendly, family-oriented business serving the Seacoast area since 2002. We are looking for dependable and dedicated workers.

All successful applicants must be able to work within a group, as well as independently.

Responsibilities For Apartment Turn Leads include:_

Driving a company work van to and from job sites
MUST have a clean driving record and valid license
Maintaining accurate daily paperwork
Clean empty apartment turnovers for new tenants
Follow SP Cleaning Services cleaning routines
Inspecting each Apartment for cleaning quality
Training other employees in Apartment turns
Maintain a cooperative and healthy work environment for all
Help out with Common Area cleanings and business cleanings, when Turns are unavailable
Report maintenance issues to Management

Responsibilities For General Commercial Cleaner/ Custodian :_
- **NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY FOR THIS ROLE: although helpful_

WE DO ALL IN
HOUSE, ON THE JOB TRAINING**_
Cleaning and Maintaining cleanliness of Common Areas in Residential and Commercial buildings
Cleaning and sanitizing of Entryways, bathrooms, hallways, staircases and Residential amenities; such as Gym's, clubhouses and laundry rooms
Follow day specific checklists provided, and sign off on completion
Stock and Restock all bathroom dispensers, supply closets and Company work vans
Required to follow SP Cleaning Services cleaning routines and expectations
Cleaning within a Business common areas, kitchenettes and trash
Maintain a cooperative and healthy work environment for all
Help with Apartment Turn cleanings as needed
Report any Maintenance issues to Management

Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM to approximately 4:15 PM
No evenings or weekend work

Company vans provided

Company shirts provided

Paid weekly

Paid Holidays

Vacation and sick time after 6 months of employment
