    As part of the Signature Solar team, this role will be responsible for auditing and analyzing data from various sources to gauge the overall customer experience. This team member will demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes quickly, present data in a professional manner, and be detail-oriented in identifying trends.

    A successful candidate must be able to:

    • Partner with leadership to present trends and help develop strategies to further improve the overall customer experience.
    • Review customer feedback and investigate areas of improvement keeping the company and customer in scope.
    • Navigate various systems and collect data in a way that can be presented to various stakeholders.
    • Take charge of high-level tasks from leadership team members.
    • Clearly and consistently communicate between team members and customers.
    • Understand the customers needs and be able to make fianacially conscious decisions.
    • All other duties as assigned

    A successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong technical skills as they relate to basic computer operation and systems such as HubSpot, Google, Microsoft, NetSuite, BigCommerce.
    • Analytical abilities for analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve the customer experience.
    • The capability to demonstrate and exercise composure in high-pressure scenarios involving dissatisfied customers, showcasing self-control and professionalism.
    • A passion for understanding customer needs and driving customer-centric strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of customer experience.
    • Experience of HubSpot and Google interfaces.
