Description
Swing Shift and Weekends
- Develop strong working relationships with drivers and customers
- Communicate with drivers using text and phone
- Coordinate the daily operations of drivers to plan next steps accordingly
- Provide detailed instructions to drivers
- Prioritization of loads based on delivery dates and available drivers
- Load / data entry
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Prior Logistics experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient with computers and other related software
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive and professional attitude
