Customer Service Representative - North Wales, United States - Phase 1 Construction
Description
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, directing, handling phone calls
- Order entry of customer orders into system
- Become knowledgeable in AP / AR procedures to assist team members
- Assist team members with projects
- Provide basic administrative support as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years in a customer service role
- Wholesale/distribution industry experience preferred
- Experience or knowledge with AP and/or AR
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient MS Office
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
