Description

We work with (primarily) digitally-native brands in every facet of business operations, including logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, product management, freight management, light manufacturing, retailer integration, business intelligence, and more.

The D2C Shipping is a critical member of the ShipCalm fulfillment team, providing the last step of the pick/pack/ship process.

• Ships parcel packages through Warehouse Management System [WMS].
• Assigns accurate cartons to shipment.
• Identifies and either escalates or resolves shipping exceptions.
• Communicates escalated shipping exceptions and follows up with Customer Experience.
• Manages capacity flow into shipping and communicates with Fulfillment Supervisor and/or team about concerns.
• Keeps shipping area, including exception holding area, neatly organized and clean.
• Is a positive team member and contributes to a healthy work environment.
• Responsible for End Of Day Manifest for Parcel Shipments
