Your responsibilities:


  • Independently manage construction projects in the field of civil engineering, taking into account economic, quality, and technical objectives
  • Responsible for personnel planning and management on the construction site
  • Continuous monitoring of construction progress and results
  • Conduct and review necessary billing, change management, construction acceptance, and defect management

Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on civil engineering
  • Relevant professional experience in managing civil engineering projects
  • Class B driver's license
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Team spirit and a selfmotivated, responsible work ethic
