Job Overview:

Research, develop and implement an Information Technologystrategy for the organization that reflects and supports the current and futureneeds of the company.

Responsibilities:

Research,develop, and implement IT and plant projects to support the current and futureneeds of the company.
Performall aspects of IT infrastructure maintenance to assure peak performance andminimize downtime.
Providetechnical support to everyone to achieve an effective and timely resolution.
Furtheringmy training to stay current on an ever-changing IT environment.
Design,implement, and support IT infrastructure throughout the company.
Deployingcomputer systems as well as other IT hardware such as wireless networkingequipment and cameras
Provideaerial imaging for plant projects and mine planning.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

5+ yearswork as a systems engineer
Cement,construction or manufacturing industry experience is a plus but notnecessary.
At least2-4 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst. Followed by another 2-4 years as an ITSystems Administrator.
Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology with 4 years of relevant work experience.
Greatcommunication skills, strong business skills, excellent decision making skills,detail oriented and time management.
