The Role

Rhino Networks is expanding our exceedingly efficient Engineering Team within our Scottsdale AZ office (Remote candidates will be considered, but proximity to Scottsdale is preferred.) Over the past 10+ years, Rhino has built a strong reputation as Meraki Experts both within Ciscos Channel, and most importantly, with our customers & partners. Our Engineering Team is the driving force of knowledge, and our reputation begins with them The newest edition to this team will begin charging with Rhino by focusing on:

Developing and maintaining high level knowledge for Cisco Meraki and Cisco Cloud Security product lines

Expertly demonstrating Meraki and Cloud Security technologies to customers and team members, serving as a key technical advisor for the Sales and Services divisions of Rhino

Producing best practice documents, application notes, and training material for internal use and onboarding

Assistance with internal IT (infrastructure and staff)

The Necessary Skills

5 years of experience in administering SMB or Enterprise IT environments

Strong understanding of wired & wireless networks, including firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLAN's, MFA, DNS Security, MDM, Endpoint Security, etc.

Technical subject matter authority, thoroughly understanding products, features, functions, and benefits while being able to communicate to all level customers.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Bonus Skills

Experience deploying / managing Cisco Meraki or Cisco Cloud Security solutions (Umbrella, Secure Endpoint, Duo etc.)

CCNA certification or equivalent

Ekahau WiFi Design experience

SalesForce administration experience

Microsoft 365 administration experience
