Description
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our team.

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance and support to one of our premiere clients, an ultra-conservative non-profit.


Duties:


  • Provide technical support to end users regarding hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment
  • Provide onsite desktop/laptop support including new hardware setup, imaging, and deployment
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users
  • Set up user accounts and permissions in M36
  • Assist with software installations and upgrades
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
  • Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols
  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory administration
  • Familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to provide clear instructions to nontechnical users
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
