  • Coordination of the development of electronic systems for the aviation industry (passenger aircraft, business jets, air taxis)
  • Participation in the strategic alignment of department and area
  • Establishment and structuring of complex project plans
  • Interdisciplinary development of work steps and work content (e.g. in-service processes)
  • Determination of methods to be used in projects
  • Monitoring and control of capacities and budgets in development and in-service projects
  • Presentation of results to internal and external parties
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of employees

Bring your strengths: Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or similar qualification
  • Experience in the development of complex (electronic) components and systems
  • Knowledge of project management, in-service or lifecycle management
  • Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach and high consulting competence
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Knowledge of aviation processes and development regulations
  • Leadership qualities and strong communication skills
  • Implementation strength and assertiveness
