Responsibilities:


  • At the cash register, you will be responsible for cashier duties and handling associated tasks
  • You will be the point of contact for our customers at the service information desk (e.g. for accepting repairs or for issuing online orders)
  • You will proactively offer customers suitable services from our service portfolio and handle financing transactions
  • You will actively support customer events
  • You will adhere to national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors and implement them

Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a serviceoriented vocational training (ideally in the hotel & trade or event industry)
  • You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You are communicative, strong in implementation, and work solutionoriented
  • You are a team player and enjoy working towards common success
  • You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
