Terran Orbital is seeking an experiencedExecutive Assistant to join our growing team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly service to C-Level Executives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with highlevel employees
- Organize travel arrangements and schedules
- Provide professional and friendly service
- Organize and maintain office systems
- Prepare corporate documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Sustain a level of professionalism among staff
- Ensure the company's policies and security requirements are met
- Collaborate with other departments
- Flexible to new tasks if the company or office needs changes
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree is a plus
- 510 years of Executive Administrative experience
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines
- Flexibility in working hours
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Thorough attention to details
- Selfmotivated but able to collaborate as a team
- Strong knowledge of all clerical activities and duties
- Excellent people skills to interact positively with all internal and external parties
- Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to selfgovern with minimum supervision, establish workload priorities, and utilize efficient time management practices to achieve assigned tasks

Salary Range:
$75,000 - $85,000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
About Terran Orbital
Physical Demands
An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking.
This would require the ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
This position is generally sedentary, with substantial computer usage.Work Environment
The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
