- Service and product education and recommendations that align with each client's unique needs
- Client concerns resolved using a 'make it right' approach
- Meet and exceed service, product, rebook goals
- Participate in required education
- Attend all metric and goals meetings
- Helps book appointments in-person and over the phone
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Current Florida Facial Specialist/Esthetician License students is a plus
- 1+ years customer service experience
- 1+ years of spa/salon experience is a plus
- Ability to work nights and weekends. Saturdays are required
- Flexible availability
- Ability to perform minor lifting
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a plus
