This position is onsite at The Sharon at SouthPark and offers a competitive pay rate of $20.50 per hour.     Your day to day as a Full Time or PART TIME CNA

    As a CNA at The Sharon at SouthPark, you can expect a rewarding and fulfilling experience on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate care and assistance to our residents. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, documenting patient information, and communicating with the nursing staff regarding any changes or concerns.

    In addition to hands-on care, you will play a crucial role in promoting a welcoming and supportive environment for our residents. This includes engaging in meaningful conversations, providing emotional support, and assisting with recreational activities. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with residents and make a positive impact in their lives. At The Sharon at SouthPark, we believe in the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

    You will work closely with the nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. With the guidance and support of our experienced team, you will have the opportunity to continuously learn and grow in your role as a CNA.

    To be successful in the role of a CNA at The Sharon at SouthPark, there are certain skills and qualifications that are necessary. Firstly, you must possess a valid CNA certification and have completed a state-approved training program. You should also have a solid understanding of basic nursing procedures and be knowledgeable in providing personal care to individuals.

    Strong communication skills are crucial in this role, as you will be interacting with residents, their families, and the healthcare team on a daily basis. The ability to actively listen, empathize, and effectively communicate information is essential. Attention to detail is another important skill to possess.

    As a CNA, you will be responsible for accurately documenting patient information, administering medication, and monitoring vital signs. Being detail-oriented and thorough in your work will ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. Lastly, being comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
