_ WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):_


Under limited supervision, collect and evaluate data from organizational units and prepare recommendations for deliverables including financial plans and/or financial analysis.

May provide business leaders with financial forecasts to support short and long - term decision making. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.

  • 1. Generate and Analyze reports to evaluate business performance results, including variance analysis and key drivers of performance for leadership.
  • 2. Conduct and document moderately complex financial analysis projects.
  • 3. Interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.
  • 4. Provide monthly revenue and/or expense analyses and reports.
  • 5. Interact and liaison with crossfunctional groups to identify and resolve issues in assigned areas of responsibility.
  • 6. Support the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and systems.

_ The salary range for this position is $76, $90,396.80_

_ This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded._

_ WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications__):_**_ _

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.


Management Experience:

  • Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system.
