A challenging opportunity

  • You will be responsible for the operation of managed data and communication networks in Lumberton.
  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of the networks by handling incident follow-up (problem management and reporting).
  • You will lead projects for the development and maintenance of communication networks.
  • You will manage work and specialist groups with the goal of maintaining stable communication networks.
  • You will be responsible for creating training materials, guidelines, and conducting team trainings.
  • As a key user, you will take on specialized tasks and act as the primary contact for transmission networks within the team.
  • This position requires shift work.

A convincing background

  • You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, communication technology, automation technology, or a similar field.
  • You ideally have previous knowledge and experience in this field.
  • As part of the hiring process, a security check will be conducted.
  • You are proficient in standard PC applications and specialized systems such as ticket systems, network management systems for transmission technology, and documentation systems.
  • You have good English skills and at least a C-level proficiency in German.
  • You are willing to travel for your job and ideally have a Class B driver's
