- Educator Licensure: School Psychologist Credential
- Must possess current TSPC Licensure
- Familiarity with and adherence to Oregon Teacher Standards of Competent and Ethical Performance
- Desired experience in mentoring, cognitive coaching, or equivalent
- Extensive background working with students with cognitive impairments and diverse needs
- Knowledge of PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) and RTI (Response to Intervention)
- Proficiency in various managerial and instructional methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Understanding of current education theory, practice, and trends
- Ability to effectively manage difficult circumstances involving students and parents
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
- Strong mental acuity, processing skills, and memory to handle deadlines and responsibilities effectively
- Ability to maintain composure under stress and manage emotionally challenging interactions
