Description

Teamwork Healthcare, a leading and fast-growing Applied Behavior Analysis and Tech Company is looking to hire a Behavior Technician (RBT).

The Behavior Technician (RBT) who will work in partnership with a Behavior Analyst is an integral member of our team who will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention programs in the home, school, or the community
Use behavioranalytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors
Observe and record behavior and skill acquisition data electronically during sessions
Collaborate and communicate with supervisory (BCBA) staff

NOTE
:
We are offering a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus effective from 03/01/2022. This is a client-facing position. We do not currently offer remote positions. We cannot guarantee a set number of hours to providers looking to relocate.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 full year of ABA experience with children with autism
Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
21 years of age or older
Reliable transportation
RBT Certification (preferred)
