Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers.

Duties:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in sales techniques

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or related industries
• Proficiency in telemarketing techniques
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Experience in outside sales is highly desirable

Pay:
From $52,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Up to 100% travel
• Up to 50% travel
