As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a student (m/f/d) to support our project management in digitalization, technology, and HR.
Responsibilities
- You will support a nationwide and interdisciplinary project group that focuses on the impact of digitalization and new technologies on HR.
- You will plan and manage events, prepare and follow up on workshops, contribute to publications, and take on general project management and coordination tasks.
- You will assist the project leader with administrative and organizational tasks.
- You will contribute methodically and professionally to discussions on digitalization in the context of HR.
Requirements
- You are interested in digitalization and have an understanding of its impact on people and collaboration in companies. Terms like AI, predictive analytics, and blockchain are familiar to you.
- You have completed your bachelor's degree or are currently pursuing a master's or PhD, preferably in business, HR, (business) psychology, or philosophy.
