Your responsibilities will include:

Overall responsibility for the kitchen area
Leading a small but excellent kitchen team
Collaborating with kitchen staff and management to create menus, including cost calculation, purchasing of ingredients, and monitoring of inventory according to HACCP standards
Managing the kitchen operations from a business perspective
Preparing and cooking meals with passion for our customers
Independently preparing and processing food
Presenting, decorating, and plating dishes
Ensuring smooth operational processes in your area of responsibility
Quality control of ingredients
Maintaining your work area and equipment as if they were your own
Adhering to all quality
