Your Job

  • Support of our corporate customer advisors in comprehensive customer care, including preparation and follow-up of customer appointments, implementation of service activities, and support at customer events
  • Coordination and processing of tasks, appointments, and activities in customer business
  • Proactive participation in continuous improvement processes
  • Independent identification of acquisition and consulting opportunities, as well as independent perception and implementation of sales activities
  • Preparation of credit and condition decisions from a risk and profitability perspective and participation in decision-making

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial banking training, supplemented by a bank specialist or a degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • First experience in corporate customer business
  • Negotiation skills in German
  • Open and willing to learn for hybrid forms of collaboration and the use of necessary tools
