- Establish timelines for corresponding action items pertaining to Client needs on service platforms (Salesforce, Orion, Moneyguide, Holistiplan)
- Manage Client website support
- Develop and preserve Client relationships by responding to all Client inquiries and anticipating Client needs
- Provide financially relevant industry updates and company research
- Bachelor's degree
- Series 65 (or Series 7 and Series 66)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
