Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting proactive, systematic, holistic, and problemsolving customer consultations, potentially involving internal or external specialists/partners
  • Identifying customer needs (crossselling approaches) and appropriately utilizing or forwarding signals to the responsible function in case of qualified advisory needs
  • Targeted scheduling from the customer base and resulting telephone and personal appointment arrangements
  • Customeroriented advice on all questions related to current accounts, loans, deposits, securities, and card transactions, payment transactions, selfservice options, and other advisory tasks
  • Compliance with securities supervisory and civil law requirements of the applicable instructions within the scope of the job (organizational instructions, system requirements, etc.); provided the necessary reliability and expertise, the activity will be reported as an investment advisor to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in accordance with the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) Employee Notification Regulation

Requirements for the position holder:

Professional:

  • Completed training as a bank clerk or comparable commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in customer advisory
  • Experience in securities advisory desirable

Personal:

  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Proactive, highly organized, and selfmotivated
  • Willingness to further develop and qualify
