Description
A day in the life may include:
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Answer questions and direct inquiries to the correct staff members.
- Plan, organize, and keep track of office events.
- Schedule appointments.
- File documents and place them in the proper folders.
- Assist the Controller in special projects.
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- High school degree and/or 2-year degree from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years experience performing similar job functions.
- Accounting experience is preferred but not required.
