A Snapshot of Your Day: As a Business Systems Analyst involves collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and developing solutions to address business challenges. You'll create functional specifications, actively participate in development meetings, and rigorously test developed functionality to ensure it aligns with requirements.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Requirements Gathering and Documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehensively understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Develop written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Create functional specifications that precisely align with business requirements, serving as a guiding document for development teams.

Solution Development and Implementation

Act as a subject matter expert to developers, providing valuable insights and guidance throughout development.

Rigorously test developed functionality to ensure it meets specified requirements and aligns with business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with other Business Analysts, Developers, and IT infrastructure professionals throughout the software development lifecycle.

Demonstrate existing and new functionality to customer stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

Extensive expertise in core business functions and processes, including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procurement-to-Pay cycles, and Business Reporting, specifically focusing on Financials.

Preferred prior experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.

Prior hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is required, with a particular focus on Financials, showcasing proficiency in leveraging ERP functionalities to streamline financial operations.
