We are seeking a talented and dedicated Systems Analyst to join Navigate Maternity's dynamic team.

As a Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our technology systems, specifically designed to support our maternal healthcare initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, software developers, and project managers, to analyze, design, and optimize systems that improve the quality of care for pregnant women and new mothers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to address operational inefficiencies.
• Support endusers by providing system training, troubleshooting assistance, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct thorough system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective resolutions to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Collaborate with software developers to design and implement system changes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development of user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures to facilitate system adoption and usability.
• Conduct ongoing system audits, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in maternal healthcare technology to provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new system features, enhancements, and modifications related to maternal healthcare services
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledgesharing activities to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Skills:

• NodeJS, MySQL, HL7, FHIR, Flutter Mobile Development (iOS and Android), Git and GitHub
• You should be comfortable with the tools, technology and techniques involved in this challenge:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify system issues and propose effective solutions.
• Solid understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in system analysis tools, such as data modeling, process mapping, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and HL7, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Selfmotivated and proactive attitude,
• Experience with connected devices/wearables

Travel:

• Position may require 10% travel

• In Office

• Up to two days a week in office in Fort Wayne

Pay:
$85, $105,000.00 per year
