Position Purpose:
This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Provides visionary leadership, oversight and administrative duties relating to NAMI's adult support services including the oldest Drop-in Center in Illinois, its bi-lingual 24/7 Summit Community Support Center, 24/7 LaGrange Living Room and new Maywood Community Support Center which houses a Living Room and Individual Placement and Support Programs; This position engages in community outreach and relationship building.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate direct report.


Program Oversight:

  • Provides oversight of four managers that oversee NAMI's Dropin Center, 24/7 Summit Community Support Center, 24/7 LaGrange Living Room and Maywood Community Support Center Living Room and Individual Placement and Support Programs.
  • Oversee quality of programming, ensuring equitable access to services
  • Ensure systems of checks and balances are in place for programming requirements.
  • Responsibly oversee program budgets and fiscal spending
  • Develop policies and procedures for adult recovery programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate program activities, looking for trends and community need
  • Assist in the development and execution of new or expanding programs.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversees adherence of all grant and funding parameters.
  • Ensures proper and complete documentation of all services provided within the program.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of team members.
  • Help to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all individuals.
  • Attending agency and leadership meetings.

Community Engagement:

  • Build relationships with community organizations that may refer people for adult programming.
  • Participate in marketing, outreach, engagement, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Leadership Team regarding fundraising efforts.
  • Participate in community work groups and task forces as appropriate

Pay:
$80, $110,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Master's (required)

Experience:


  • Management: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • LCSW or LCPC (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • La Grange, IL 60525: Relocate before starting work (required)
