Summer Camp Advisory Team is the provider of IDEAS Camp located at Rancho Solano Preparatory Schools in Scottsdale, Arizona. Position Overview:


The Day Camp Coordinator is responsible for managing the staff, curriculum, materials, and daily operations of the Day Camp Programs for campers ages 3.5 to 6 years old.

This includes maintaining inventory, coordinating staff scheduling with the site leader, and making all plans and preparations for upcoming curriculum.

The Day Camp Coordinator spends the majority of their time pushing into Day Camp groups to help with direct camper instruction and support of day camp counselors.

The Day Camp Coordinator is responsible for managing the staff, curriculum, materials, and daily operations of the Day Camp Programs for campers ages 3.5 to 6 years old.


Tasks include:

  • Opening Camp Daily at 7 a.m.
  • Direct supervision of assigned camper group
  • Maintaining Materials Inventory
  • Coordinating staff scheduling with the Site Leader
  • Plan and Prepare upcoming curriculum for Day Camp activities
  • Planning campwide activities.
  • Reports directly to the Site Leader for direction and support.

Anticipated Work Hours Per Week:

Wage:
This position calculates wage at $___/hour


Schedule:
Camp operates Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. *Shifts are arranged with the Camp Director and posted weekly.


Must be able to attend required training:

  • In-person PAID training on Saturday, May 25 & Sunday, May 26 from 8 a.m.
  • 5 p.m.
