- Applying technical expertise to innovate and design processes, procedures, and automation
- Assessing process capabilities and implementing improvements
- Preparing technical data and recommendations for reviews
- Writing validation protocols for new processes
- Ensuring documentation meets quality systems requirements
- Developing qualified production lines and contributing to Intellectual Property submissions
- Training manufacturing personnel when necessary and participating in new product projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of post-education engineering experience
- Demonstrated engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Experience in a collaborative, regulated industry environment
- Knowledge of PZT imaging and device development

About the role:
Boston Scientific is searching for a motivated engineer to collaborate across functions in developing piezoelectric transducer elements. This role involves innovating and implementing processes to ensure the successful transfer of new products into commercial production efficiently and effectively.
This is a hybrid position based in Arden Hills, MN with on-site presence four days a week.
