    As an Associate Consultant specializing in Analytics at JHelmy&Co, you will play a key role in helping our clients leverage data-driven insights to make informed business decisions and drive operational excellence.

    You will work closely with our team of experienced consultants, using advanced analytics techniques and technologies to solve complex business problems and deliver actionable recommendations.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, data requirements, and analytical needs

    Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends/patterns

    Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and optimize business processes

    Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate analytical findings and drive data-informed decision-making

    Assist in the development and execution of data-driven strategies and roadmaps for clients

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions into business operations

    Stay updated on the latest analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities

    Requirements

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques

    Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis

    Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik, to create impactful visualizations and reports

    Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks for predictive modeling and optimization

    Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines

    Familiarity with analytics in areas such as marketing, operations, finance, or supply chain is a plus
