Role/ Department:
Associate Consultant, HR Learning and Development/Talent Management


This role requires an experienced LMS professional with a proven track record of managing and optimizing learning management systems, excellent organization skills and history leading process improvement initiatives to improve overall efficiency.

Proactive, responsible, and skilled in creating user-friendly, effective, and efficient solutions to enhance the learning experience. This role is responsible for end user support, reporting, communications, calendars, course scheduling, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Act as a Superuser on our Learning Management System (LMS), setting up and maintaining courses and classes, completing content testing, audit and/or maintenance activities.
  • Provide local support to the Learning Facilitation and Design teams in Chicago. Create, run and distribute Analytics Reports.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for all work processes.
  • Create marketing and communications resources to effectively market our learning offerings.
  • Provide metrics to key stakeholders (e.g., attendance, survey results, elearning metrics, etc.)
  • Able to identify and resolve simple to moderately complex issues, referring more complex problems to supervisors/experts
  • Work effectively as a team member but also independently.
  • May coach junior staff members on new skills and/or act as an onboarding buddy. May have direct interaction with midtosenior level leaders
  • May facilitate routine training programs for enterprisewide training needs such as onboarding.
  • May support team on vendor usage and contract management, training and system requirements, and completion deadlines for courses.
  • Work towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job
