- Full-time 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- No Holidays or Weekends Required
- Processes and follows-up on all assigned location insurance claims until proper reimbursement is received.
- Makes all necessary corrections on assigned location claims for submission.
- Processes mail and explanation of benefits related to assigned location accounts.
- Processes hard-copy billing, documenting amount and date sent on office's information system.
- Monitor and Review all denials and unpaid claims and take appropriate corrective action as necessary.
- Utilize telephone and various carrier websites as research tools to expedite resolution for issues.
- Review carrier manuals and websites for any new procedures implemented by carrier that are impacting claims.
- Consistently meet established completion times for claims/assignments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Typing, basic math calculations, computer oriented, and good verbal skills.
- Able to work without direct supervision, work well in a group setting.
- Very Detail Oriented
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to recall detail and Health Insurances procedures/ processes.
- High School graduate
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
