We are a full-service logistics company offering trucking, warehousing, and distribution services to the tri-state area. We are seeking a proven and experienced warehouse supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

Track and manage inventory
Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
Manage warehouse staff
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and costefficient workflow processes
Train new dock employees
Daily scheduling of employees to meet pickup/delivery needs
Ensure staff is working safely and efficiently
Coordinate maintenance/repairs of building, equipment with both the inhouse staff and outside agencies
Ensure efficiency by dispatching of company switcher
Order all necessary supplies for warehouse
Maintain a sanitary and healthy work environment and keep all areas garbage free
Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with our customers to ensure future business

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
23 years' of warehouse experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)

Bilingual English/Spanish
mandatory

Dependent upon experience

Pay:
From $52,000.00 per year
