- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Prospect for, follow up with, and service customers. (minimum 2 hours per day)
- Maintain effective conversion rates for leads into appointments
- Convert appointments into customers
- Participate in all Welch Team training and events.
- Coordinates with the Transaction Agent to ensure a seamless closing process.
- Effectively negotiate for all customers
- Participate in at least two Open Houses per month.
- Report to Manager at Quarterly Reviews
- Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics
- Prospect for new customers, cultivate customer relationships, set customer appointments, and manage leads within our contact management system
- Use CRM to assign action plans, drip campaigns, and detailed notes to customers
- Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
- Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market
- Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
- Continuously attend education events to increase knowledge
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Great communication and social skills
- Past sales experience is preferred
