Behavioral Health Tech, Market Float Pool - Phoenix, AZ.

Full Time and Part Time available.

Please note, this will be based at St. Luke's Behavioral in Phoenix, but may require occasional floating to Tempe or Mesa facilities.

Job Summary:

Provides direct patient care in a Behavioral Health Care setting.
Communicates with Charge RN and coworkers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including vital signs, behavioral, and physical symptomatology.
Able to respond quickly to changes in the patient's status.
Able to perform basic care functions under the direction of the Charge nurse.
Will mostly be at St. Luke's Behavioral, but floats across all inpatient units within the Arizona market as assigned.

Requirements:

2 years of prior Behavioral Health tech or similar experience is required:

Fingerprint Clearance card is required
:

Required to float within AZ market hospitals when not at St. Lukes Behavioral.
High School Diploma or GED required
BLS Certification though AHA or ARC.
Ability to work effectively with computerbased charting and other clinical software programs
