Job Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Fibre Recycling Solutions Specialist with experience in recycling fibre-based composite packaging in specialized paper mills. In this role, you will provide economically feasible recycling solutions to countries around the world, taking into account varying material supplies and end-use markets.

You will join a dynamic team of industrial process engineers and paper/polymer recycling specialists, working together to support recycling investment projects in the field. You will report to the Industrial Recycling Solutions Director and can remain in your current country of residence. This role requires up to 50% travel, with peak periods where you may need to stay on-site for commissioning.

What You Will Do

As an Industrial Fibre Recycling Solutions Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting local Sustainability managers in the Middle East & Africa, Asia, and Europe in developing and implementing prioritized fibre recycling capacity building projects.

Engaging in technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

Developing technical recycling solutions of varying complexity by analyzing recyclers' business concepts, selecting equipment suppliers, and overseeing commissioning to ensure performance
