Your tasks

The University of Kaiserslautern will introduce the new degree program Physician Assistant at the Zweibrücken campus in the Department of Computer Science and Microsystems Technology in the winter semester of 2024.

The department already offers several degree programs in the healthcare sector.

The program will be implemented in close cooperation with several renowned clinical and outpatient partners and will be conducted in a hybrid concept (on-site and online studies) at various study locations.

You will be responsible for the organizational development of the new degree program.

Your task is to organize and coordinate the course of study in terms of time and technology, as well as to identify synergies between the individual healthcare degree programs at the university.

Your profile

You have completed a university degree in healthcare management, medicine, or life sciences and have basic knowledge and experience in organizing degree programs.

You are familiar with relevant software tools and have an interest, and possibly even experience, in digital teaching.

You carry out your tasks with an open, reliable, and communicative approach towards the involved groups and bring a high affinity for the healthcare sector.

You work reliably and independently with a high quality standard.

In addition, we expect the ability to design, control, analyze, and secure structures and processes in the project, problem-solving and design skills, as well as strength in task and project planning.
