Junior Outside Sales Associate
The Junior Sales Associate is a mid to entry-level position within the sales department.

The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships by meeting clients on-site and networking within the industry.

This role requires time out of the office and actively engaging with potential clients to drive sales growth.

The Outside Sales Associate will represent the company at various events, trade shows, and meetings to expand the company's market presence and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct on-site meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and trade shows.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and addressing issues or concerns.

Sales Goals:Meet and exceed the company's sales targets and performance metrics.

Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position the company's products or services effectively.

Sales Reporting:Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals.

Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to the internal team for continuous product and service improvement.

Networking: Actively participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry associations to increase visibility and develop new business opportunities.


Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not required.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

Working Conditions

Environment:Primarily out of the office, including travel to client sites, networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related activities.

Hours: Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for client meetings and events, which may occur outside of standard business hours.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
