Your responsibilities:

Providing administrative support for the management and coordination of our management systems, including but not limited to ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety, and ISO 14001 environmental management
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with processes and requirements of the mentioned standards
Creating and managing documents, records, and processes in accordance with the requirements of the management systems
Coordinating audits and inspections and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
Training and raising awareness among employees for quality, environmental, and safety standards
Monitoring and updating management system documentation, procedures, and work instructions
Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with standards and drive continuous improvement
Participating in meetings and supporting the development of quality, environmental, and safety objectives
