Qualifications

3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience preferred
Food Safety Manager certification ,required or able to maintain within 60 days of employment
Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Urban Wok operations
Must exhibit an aptitude for leading , coaching, and driving excellence
Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
Optimize profit by scheduling HOH labor efficiently and ordering food and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory, portion correctly, minimize waste, etc.

Responsibilities

Hiring and ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
High standards of cleanliness
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
Sales/Marketing brand awareness ideas and implementation
Overseeing inventory and daily ordering while staying within budget limitations
Motivating staff and keeping morale up with team incentives
Catering and large order planning and execution
Handling payroll and scheduling
High sense of integrity
