Description

In the product line "Embedded Software and Systems", you will support a team in the department "Operations & Projects" in the area of "Requirements & Architecture" at Highland Lakes.

Due to continuous growth, there are often adjustments in processes, infrastructure, interfaces, and work content.

In this role, you will accompany your team and support them in establishing and further developing an agile way of working.

Your profile:

Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience in developing embedded control units
Ideally, experience in one of the following areas: AUTOSAR Adaptive, AUTOSAR Classic, QNX, Embedded Linux
Enjoy communication, discussion, and coordination with customers and colleagues
High customer orientation and confident appearance with customers
Very good German and English skills

Your tasks:

Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of assigned team members
Support in creating project proposals and offers
Coordination and management of external employees
Participation in the further development of processes and infrastructure
Point of contact for escalations
