A Barback is responsible for assisting Bartenders to ensure they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently.Their duties include replacing kegs, restocking glasses and other supplies needed to make drinks and maintaining a clean dining space throughout their shift.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
- Clean the restaurant and remove trash
- Basic prep work behind the bar
- Restocking liquor
- Refilling ice bins
- Slice and pit fruit used to garnish drinks
- Stock refrigerating units with wines or bottled beer
- Stock food in refrigerator/freezer units and shelves
- Wash glasses or other serving equipment at bars
- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles
- Clear away empty glasses and trays from tables and around the bar
- Be able to work under pressure
- Maintain proper sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Stand during the entire shift
- Must be able to stand and exert fastpaced mobility

$10.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
