Your main tasks:

Conducting national and European procurement procedures for construction projects, as well as supplies and services

- Documentation of the procurement process
- Monitoring of deadlines
- Preparation of meeting documents
Administrative support for construction projects and building technology

Your profile:

Completed training as a clerk or administrative specialist (BL I)
Ideally, practical experience in procurement law and the use of procurement platforms
Independent and responsible work style, as well as teamwork skills
Good computer skills in MS Office
